🎟 How the Ticket System Works

At Ukrainian New West Fest, we use a simple ticket system to make your festival experience smoother, faster, and more fun. Here’s how it works:

1. Buy Your Tickets

   • You can purchase tickets online in advance (recommended!) or at the ticket kiosk during the festival.

   • When you buy online, your tickets will be waiting for you at the entrance — no extra line-ups, just pick them up and start exploring.

2. Use Tickets as Festival Currency

   • Tickets are used instead of cash or cards at all food, drink, and snack stands.

   • Every item is priced in tickets, so you just trade your tickets for what you want — no change, no waiting for card machines.

3. Check the Menu & Prices

4. Enjoy Faster Service

   • This system keeps the food lines moving quickly, so you spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the festival.

5. Leftover Tickets

   • Have extras? Use them to grab one last snack before you go!

Frequently asked questions

Where do I pick up my tickets if I buy online?

Your tickets will be ready at the main entrance. Just show your confirmation email, grab your tickets, and you’re good to go.

Can I still buy tickets at the festival?

Yes! We’ll have a ticket kiosk on-site. But lines can get busy, so we recommend buying early online to skip the wait.

What if I run out of tickets?

No problem — you can always grab more at the ticket kiosk during the festival.

Can I get a refund for unused tickets?

Nope — but you can keep them as a fun souvenir or fridge decoration. (Who doesn’t love a little festival memorabilia?)

Absolutely. Tickets work just like cash — hand them to whoever you want.

Do I need to buy a ticket to enter the festival?

Nope! Entry is completely free. Tickets are only for the “internal economy” — food, drinks, and snacks inside the festival.
